Introduction
Your information privacy is paramount to us. This Privacy Policy outlines our commitment to protecting the privacy of our clients and users of the website on which this policy is posted (“Site”) and related services offered through the Site (“Services”).
Our fundamental commitment is that we do not collect, sell, or disclose personal or sensitive information from clients or users through the Site or Services, except as explicitly required to deliver contracted support services or when legally compelled.
BY ENGAGING OUR SERVICES OR USING THE SITE, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING AND CONSENTING TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
We do not collect any personal information, financial information, demographic data, or internet activity data from you through the use of this Site or our Services.
The information categories typically listed in generic policies (e.g., Contact Information, Financial Information, Geolocation data, Internet activity) are not collected by us.
We provide remote support and IT management services. When invited by a client to carry out remote support work, we may temporarily view, access, or manage a client's systems and any data contained within them strictly for the purpose of fulfilling the agreed-upon service.
Temporary Access: Any access to client data during remote support is temporary and strictly limited to the necessary scope of work.
Sensitive Data Management: We do not store financial data for clients. However, at a client’s explicit request and under a clear agreement, we can assist with and manage sensitive data on their behalf, such as credentials, which are handled with the highest level of security (see Section 3).
We do not use cookies or other tracking technologies to collect or store personal information, browsing history, or to provide targeted advertising.
Since we do not collect personal information, we do not use it for marketing, analytical, or commercial transaction purposes. Any information accessed during remote support is used solely for the purpose of providing the contracted support and maintenance services.
We do not intentionally release information about clients or users.
The only exception to this policy is when we are forced by law in the relevant jurisdictions to disclose information. We will comply with legally binding requests, such as court orders and subpoenas, after exhausting all reasonable legal avenues to protect client confidentiality.
We do not sell any client or user information.
Following the completion or termination of any contracts or work, all relevant data that we have temporarily managed on the client's behalf will be securely transferred back to the clients. This data will then be held by us for a maximum of six (6) months for administrative, audit, or resolution purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
If at any point you wish to no longer work with us, or while you are a client, you may formally request that any or all information that we have regarding you or your systems, which is not required for legal compliance, be deleted from our temporary storage records. We will promptly comply with such requests.
All our internal systems, which may contain client-managed data (when requested by the client, as per Section 1.2), are secured using Multi-Factor or Triple-Factor Authentication to prevent unauthorised access.
We endeavour to maintain up-to-date systems and software to ensure high-level compliance and robust security against threats.
We adhere to the current relevant privacy acts in Australia, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Where possible and relevant to our services, we also endeavour to comply with international privacy standards.
Our Site and Services may contain links to other websites. We do not exercise control over third-party websites. You access such third-party websites or content at your own risk. You should read the privacy policy of any third-party website before providing any information to it.
In the course of providing contracted services (e.g., remote support accessing cloud services managed by the client), client data may be temporarily viewed or accessed on systems located outside of Australia. However, we do not transfer, store, or maintain client personal information on our own servers located overseas.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will inform you by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Site. By continuing to use the Site or Services after the "Revised" date, you are consenting to the changes.
If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy or concerns about the management of your information, you may contact us using the contact information available on the Site.
We will aim to investigate and resolve your complaint as soon as possible, usually within 30 days of receiving it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a formal complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (https://www.oaic.gov.au/).
